E-Prospectus

Introduction: future schools and results

Prospect House provides a thorough grounding in the usual educational subjects and the children are prepared for the entrance examinations to leading day and boarding schools. In recent years the entrance examination results to these schools have been excellent: the children are regularly offered places at, amongst other schools, Benenden, Colet Court, Cranleigh, Dulwich College, Emanuel, Francis Holland, Godolphin & Latymer, The Hall, Hampton School, The Harrodian, The Lady Eleanor Holles,Ibstock Place, King's College, Kingston Grammar, Lady Margaret's, Latymer Upper, Putney High, Reed's, St Paul's Girls', Surbiton High, Westminster Under School, Wimbledon High, Woldingham and Wycombe Abbey. We take great care to advise parents from an early stage on the school which would best suit their child's ability and personality and we regularly receive excellent feedback from senior schools about the achievements and success of former pupils.

Results

Prospect House School also achieves excellent results in the Key Stage 2 SATs, which are tests taken across the country by children at 11+ (see table below).

Level 4 is the national target for the 11+ age group. Level 5 is the national target expected for 13-14 year old children and the school's results therefore represent an excellent level of achievement. Moreover, since Prospect House is a non-selective school taking children with a wide range of abilty, we are justly proud of these results.
