Nursery have been exploring the recent celebration of Guy Fawkes Night. From fireworks phonics, small world firework display and forming letters in glitter to investigating the effects of fairy liquid in milk, where the reaction created a firework-like display in a dish! With sustainability at the forefront, the children created poppies for Remembrance Day using a collection of recycled materials: yoghurt tops, leaves, newspaper and old filter paper.
