In their geography lessons this term Year 3 are studying ‘Oceans and Continents’. To enrich the learning experience, we have been inviting parents into the classroom to present about any country in which they have previously lived. Some of our parents were born in a different country and others were educated or have worked overseas.
The presentations have covered a wide range of topics including traditional customs, landmarks, cuisine, animals and climate. Across the week Year 3 have travelled to: Australia, Brazil, Holland, Iraq, Jordan New Zealand, South Africa, Sweden and the United States of America!
