Pupils from Years 5 and 6 took part in the annual Primary Maths Challenge back in November, and this week saw the finalists competing in the Bonus Round. The challenge is based around problem solving and focusses on developing reasoning skills.

Our children were tenacious and really rose to the occasion as they endeavoured to solve 25 extremely tricky questions. Top scorers in the initial round were awarded a Gold Certificate for their achievements, and Bonus Round scores were just submitted today; we will eagerly await those rankings, coming some time in the next month.
