Reception R took us back in time for their class assembly with a vibrant, energetic 80s-style fitness workout! Dressed in colourful sweatbands and leg warmers, the children wowed us with their moves as they shared everything they’ve learnt about keeping their bodies and minds healthy.
From showcasing what they’ve learnt in PE to stay active, to teaching the audience mindfulness strategies to calm their minds, the children reminded us all how fun and important it is to look after ourselves. What a great performance!
