Year 3 had a very exciting team-building day at Walton Firs. They took part in a variety of outdoor activities, all the while having to keep their assigned egg intact!

There was a range of team-building games, an obstacle course that the children had to complete whilst blindfolded (communication was key!) and a high ropes course where they cheered each other on to climb to the platform at the top. The short-lived thunderstorm only added to the excitement, and during the downpour the children worked together in their teams to build a contraption to try and stop their egg from breaking when dropped from a tower.

A very big well done to Team 2 whose egg survived the whole day, including the building drop!
