Governance

Sharing one clear vision for individualised education.

Governors

As part of Dukes Education, Prospect House continues to lead on all decisions and retain its independence. Dukes adds to this the benefit of the collective, providing security and support, a platform for sharing best practice, and the reassurance of a host of all-through education options.

Aatif Hassan is the Chairman of Dukes Education and Prospect House. The registered address for Dukes Education and Prospect House School is Dukes House, 58 Buckingham Gate, SW1E 6AJ.

The Governors support and challenge the school leadership team, monitor the quality of teaching and the progress of school improvement, and oversee behaviour and safety. Acting as ‘critical friend’ the Governors do not involve themselves directly in operational matters, which are the responsibility of the Headmaster and the Senior Leadership Team. The Governors’ role is primarily strategic.

NOMINATED SAFEGUARDING GOVERNOR AND HEAD OF SAFEGUARDING AT DUKES EDUCATION

Rachael Friend

With over 14 years of experience in education and safeguarding, Rachael brings a deep commitment to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.

Rachael began her career as a PA to the MD of a Toy Company before taking time out to raise her daughter.
