We always enjoy having families at school together and this week, Year 1 and Year 2 had a fun Valentine’s Tea celebration with their loved ones. The children and adults wrote each other a valentine describing the ways in which their loved one is unique and why they are special to them. They also got to share a sweet treat the children had prepared in advance with a special ingredient: love! All the messages were then put together to make a chocolate box illustrating that individually we are unique but together we are a community.
