Prospect House has taken its first steps along the pathway which will lead to us becoming a UNICEF Rights Respecting School. This exciting initiative is being spearheaded by Mr O’Sullivan, Head of Maths, and Mr Jones, Head of Lower School Music.
In assembly, the children were introduced to their eleven Year 6 UNICEF Ambassadors who will represent them at Rights Respecting planning meetings and act as a conduit through which all students will be able to put forward their own opinions and suggestions. The ambassadors will also relay information regarding the many exciting and inventive ways in which all Prospect House children will be informed of their rights and empowered to make well-informed decisions as they interact with and work to have a positive effect on the world around them.
