Another superb Year 6 ski trip took place last week on the slopes of Les Menuires, France. Arriving to white out conditions, the children were eager to go and explore. After getting kitted out by the Skibound staff with boots, skis and helmets, the group headed out to explore the shops and to play in the snow.

Skiing for 5 hours a day, the children were split into 3 ability groups; the beginners absolutely nailed the techniques and were flying down blue runs by the end of the week. The other two groups joined forces by the end of the week and loved not only bombing down blues and reds but the top group even challenged themselves to a black run! Much time was spent in the snow park perfecting their jump skills and they raced down the border cross course. Many a crêpe was munched as the children honed their French speaking skills.

An incredible week was had by all!
