We are delighted to announce that our Year 5 pupils have been awarded their Internet Legends certificates after successfully completing Google’s Internet Legends programme! This fantastic achievement demonstrates our children’s commitment to becoming confident, responsible digital citizens. Through the programme, they’ve developed essential skills to help them navigate the online world safely, including how to

  • Spot and avoid potential online risks
  • Protect their personal information
  • Think critically about what they see and share online
  • Be kind and respectful digital citizens
  • Recognise when to ask for help

The Internet Legends programme uses interactive activities and real-world scenarios to make learning about online safety engaging and memorable. Year 5 have shown excellent understanding of these crucial skills, which will support them as they continue to use technology both at school and at home.

We are incredibly proud of all our Year 5 children for their enthusiasm and dedication throughout the programme. Well done to everyone involved!
